This car keeps on giving me problems,

It gave me some misfire codes first, p1336 and 1337, and I replaced the sprak plugs, wires, cap, rotor, and now it gives me this code

    P1336 CSF Sensor Intermittent Interruption
    P1337 CSF Sensor No Signal

Took it to the shop, and they told me the sensor is bad? They guess...
So and they said I can't replace the sensor by itself, I have to replace the whole distributor..

I am wondering if there is any way around it, car runs kind normal. I was trying to see if I could get the sensor and put it in, without buying the whole distributor. Is there anything wrong with driving like this?

Honda distributor sensors are not serviceable. P1336 and P1337 indicate crankshaft speed fluctuation signals which will adversely affect engine timing and performance. It's best to replace the distributor housing with a new part from Honda and reuse your Ignition Control Module and coil. This way, it's not too expensive. Here's how to do the job yourself and save even more money:

Thanks for the answer :) so I guess the csf sensor is built in to the housing? I am talking to this guy about his distributor, he wants 50 for the whole distributor, with 50k.

Did u get this fixed. I am having P1336 as well. Honda Civic 1999 DX. Do you think replacing the distributor housing would fix it.
