AAAA US Citizen filing papers for spouse with F1 Visa currently living in the USA.
First and foremost thank you for taking the time to read this.

I am a US Citizen and my husband is currently enrolled in a university with F1 visa.
I know I have to fill out the following forms:

    Forms filled out : I 130 ,I 485 , G 325, I 864, I 765, I 131

I also know that I need to send the USCIS the following:

    My US Citizenship copy
    US Passport
    Marriage License
Last 2 years of my Tax Returns
I am a realtor so no pay stubs
    Photographs of both of us

I am not sure what kind of medical information I need to provide to them!

Please let me know if I am missing any documents so that I can prepare a well-structured package to the USCIS.

    Thank you once again!

You also need to provide more documents to proof you have a legal marriage. I am on F1 n and my wife is applying the same. Yet, we had more documents than you already mentioned. We had a lawyer helping us. You need to provide documents to proof both of you live together such mortgage or lease. You also need to provide a letter from the bank stating you have a joint account with your husband. Would help to have joint credit cards too. Also health insurance, life insurance, all receipts for things you both purchase together. Regarding the medical exam, I did 3 exams, one was for AIDS, the other for tuberculose, and one for chest and back. There are specific medical clinics just for immigration exams, its not any clinic. You should consult someone and check if you have any offices near you. I live in Illinois, if you live here too I could give you a list of clinics. Hope I helped you. :)
