    IS it bad to work out everyday?
    Say I work out Everyday for 30-60 minutes.

    Is that bad?

    Nothing really wrong with working out, but your body WILL let you know when it is time to stop and take a break. Just keep hydrated, and go at a slow easy pace, and it shouldn't matter HOW many days you work out.
