    Hello Doc:

Welcome to our website. We need experts like you. However, if you have some help to offer, why don't you just answer some questions instead of trolling for customers? Clearly, these people have serious problems that keep them up - I mean if you REALLY want to help.

I understand that people need help and I'm the last person to troll for customers. I reach over 5 million people every week on my own dime. The system told me to put in a question so, I could answer questions. Sorry, if you got that impression no foul no harm. For you information, I'm semi-retired just helping people is my business, see who your talking about before making blank statements.

    Hello again, Doc:

    Oh, I did, Sir - I did.

I see that you sell real estate books, tapes and CD's. Plus you do consultation. I guess that's the "semi" part of your retirement.

Me? I do this for free. So does everybody else. Again, your advice is welcome. However, for a little more credibility, you could cut down on the advertising.
