    Could a quitclaim deed be overturned. I signed a quitclaim deed about 6 months ago. I want my name back on the title . Could this happen in my favor.

    Can it be overturned,
    1. were you in sound mind at the time,
    2. was there a fraud that made you sign
    3. did someone not pay as provided
    4. was there a error on the deed
    a. perhaps the property description was done incorrectly
    b. perhaps the wording on the deed was not done right
    5. was the contract based on some illegal activity ( lost it gambling in a state where gambling is not legal, or traded it for drugs)

    But normally a quit claim deed is a legal as any other deed, and if it was a valid sale then you can not merely "take it back"
