    Recovering Money on a Judgement
    Hello,

I have just had the Court here in CA. award me a Judgement against someone that doesn't have a regular home address, on the road A lot, but I know the Company they work for.

It was suggested to that I might benefit most by selling the Judgement and being able to get on with my life. But I'm afraid of getting mixed up with a company that will just rip me off.

Looking for any suggestions on the best way to go about recovering on the Judgement, with the most money going in my pocket or any other worthwhile ideas.

    Thank you

File Notice of Oral Examination with the court, it like a summon for them to come back into the court and they will have to list their assets, bank account, once you know where they are you can attach them by garnishment

Yes if you know where they work, just garnish their pay, and get all of your money. There are companies that buy judgements, but you only get a fraction of the money. If you were just going to move on with yourlife, that choice would have best been done by not sueing.

The facts are that greater than 80% of judgments go uncollected. I would recommend signing your judgment over to a specialist. I can personally recommend judgement-trackers.com. Contact is [email protected].

    Good Luck!
