Have you seen your doctor yet?
If not, you should.
This could be a miscarriage.
I've heard that some women bleed during pregnancy, but it isn't very common
And it doesn't last for 3 weeks.
You should go see a doctor as soon as possible to find out what's happening.

Do you have any idea of what else this could be, as I do not have any cramps and I am perfectly normal and I just have clear moderate blood flowing, no clots no darkness, just normal blood?

This could very well be a miscarriage or it could be completely normal for you. The only one who will no for sure is your doctor. So, please make an appointment today.

At this early in a pregnancy, you may not have cramps during a miscarriage. As said before, only your doctor can help since each woman is different.
Even if its not a m/c, something could potentially be going on. 3 weeks of bleeding could indicate a problem.

It could be the fetus attaching to the uterus. I bled some while I was in the early stages of pregnancy but not as much as you are descibing. Definitely go see a doctor.

Hi all, I would like to thank you all for your great advice, I went to see the doctor and they have confirmed that I did have a miscarriage. It is a great loss but I will survive as they say that I need to be happy that the baby did not develop yet before I had a miscarriage! Once again; that you all!!
