    How to evict in NH
    There has been a woman living with a man for 10 years, no common law marriage in NH.
    Her name is not on the mortagage. He has asked her to leave and won't. How does he proceed? She has not paid much of anything during those 10 years.

    After 10 years she has established residency. She need to be evicted according to the rules in NH.
