I am on an f1 visa and now studying for a degree in nursing. I currently passsed my nclex -pn test but I have not been issued a licence because the board wants me to show them proof of citizenship. My college offers curriculum practical training, would this be used to help me get my licence? Please help because I believe this experience will be very helpful having had studied my former nursing education in my home country. Thanks

Maybe I read it wrong but they are asking you to prove citizenship in the US, you don't have that. So no, more practical trainign won't help get your license. This has more to do with school policies, did you discuss whether you could get a US nursing license as a foreign student? Try talking to a counselor or applying for work in the Us and maybe with an H1B they will give you the nursing license.
