Has anyone tried a fruit detox? I have read about them online, where you eat only certain types of fruit or vegetables for 3 to 5 days. I'm curious if this would really help your body get rid of the toxins and also help slim down.

Well right now I'm doing the lemon detox αnd it's been working wonders! My skin hαs cleαred αnd become αlmost flαwless ,I've lost some wieght-- I generαlly feel better!

It's a good idea to check with your health care person before starting any diet or fasts first, But as for fruit diets or detox, juice fasting does clean out toxins. Fresh juice boosts the immune system, fruit and veggies are the cleansers, energizers, builders and regenerators of the human system. Veggie and fruit juice will supply all the enzymes, vitamin c, minerals, portein and fats critical to your cvitality. Duing the detox the body burns up and excretes huge amounts of wastes. Try and dilute all fruit juice with some water.
