    Missed period
    I am a little confussed. I thought I was going to start my monthly two days ago but I never did. My last monthly was on June 29. I am not sure if a am pregnant. we have been trying to get pregnant.. I have had some signs, but I took a pt today and it was negative. What could be wrong.

    Well if it makes you feel better I'm in the same boat as you; I was suppose to start the 31st of this month and it hasn't came yet. The pregnancy test I took this morning was negative as well. I have a few symptoms also. It is possibility that we have both tested too early, our hcg levels may not be sufficient enough for the HPT to detect. I would advise waiting at least 5 days or more and take another HPT if you haven't started your period by then; that's what I'm going to do. You could also see if your doctor will perform a quantitative blood test; these are highly accurate and you could do it right away. Good luck; I'll cross my fingers for yah!
