    Prorated Rent Rule
If I was on a month to month not a lease agreement terms with my Landlord, when I move out is the prorated rental amount based on the actual number of days in the month or is it ALWAYS based on a 30 day month regardless of whether there are 30 or 31 days.

    Thanks!

It depoends on your original lease terms and/or local rules. It may also be a matter of negotiation with your landlord.
