You can only be legally married to one person at a time. This means that only one person can have the legally recognized benefits of marriage with you.

You can, however, do what you want as far as sharing your emotions and your body. Polyamory is complicated, but it can work. You can call yourselves married if you want as well, but you don't have the legal benefits or protections of marriage.

You are asking if bigamy is legal and it is not. You can marry one the significant others and still have a strong relationship with the other person. Everyone knows and is upfront and no surprised to anyone. No harm done.

Simply put, she can marry her boyfriend and you can marry yours. Whatever the four of you do in your bedroom is your business.

That is not currently legal, since there are only limited places at least in the US where gay couples can marry. ( and it is not reconised in most of the rest of the US even if legal in the few states)

But even in those states, only one marriage at a time. Many couples get a non state marriage, minister and a non legal marriage certificate.

This sounds like a form of polygamy. Why would you even want to marry like that? This just sounds like a kinky orgy

You know, at first I thought your question had to not be serious but I guess it is.
Marriage is about unity between two people not four.
Clearly, marriage is not for you all. If you cannot commit to just each other, why marry?

What you have asked about is not marriage but communal living.

    Hello.

Being married is opening you life to another person and making the two of you one. Its not a group action as your asking for it to be. If you enjoy the relationship the way it is then keep it and when you find the need to be with one special Person then and only then you can look at marriage.

    Good Luck
