If a person originally puts a their house on the market including apliances, are they allowed to change their mind just before closing and not include them?

Is there laws concerning this matter?

There sure are laws regarding this.

IF the listing contract states appliances go with it and you get an acceptable contract to sell/buy the house, the buyer
    Gets the appliances.

    Simple.

THERE is something under the skin I want to know about.
Why now do u feel uncomfortable giving up the applicances
If u get a good house purchase offer?

This is covered both under Real Estate law and Contract Law.

    What state are you in?

This is from 2003 and the OP hasn't been back so I would guess that the situation is solved.

However - it's contract law. You contract to sell the house with furnishings or appliances, back out and you'll be sued based on the contract.
