    Dodge D150 fuse link
    How can I determine the ampacity for a fuse link in the wire from the alternator to the baterry? I bought my truck second hand and someone had rerouted the wire.

    Please give all information about the truck: year make and model, engine size etc.

    1985 Dodge Prospector, 360 engine. The original fuse link had a part # 62342 on it. The wire coming from the alternator was a size 8 or 6, but the wire out of the fuse link was a size 16.
