    What are the best exercises for bulking up

    Concentrate on compound movements. I.e.

    Squat, Bench, Deadlift. Bodybuilding.com - The Future Of Bodybuilding! Huge Bodybuilding Site. has all the articles you will need on bulking up. If you want to see bodybuilders workouts etc visit The Fit Show - excellent video resource and I have used it a lot! Any questions feel free to PM me.

    Don't forget plenty of regular meals, good sleep, good consistent training and maybe some supplements !

    Bulking up is a combination of food and exericse if your not intaking enough calories to support the muscles your working out you won't be able to bulk up also don't be discouraged when you do begin bulking up if you don't notice it because everyone else will, your just used to seeing yourself.
