Concentrate on compound movements. I.e.

Don't forget plenty of regular meals, good sleep, good consistent training and maybe some supplements !
Bulking up is a combination of food and exericse if your not intaking enough calories to support the muscles your working out you won't be able to bulk up also don't be discouraged when you do begin bulking up if you don't notice it because everyone else will, your just used to seeing yourself.
