    I'm trying to find the fuel pump relay for my 91 honda civic

    Generally, you want to remove the fuse box cover and the lower dash cover, to the left of the steering column. A 10 mm bolt secures the main relay bracket to the left kick panel. Turning the ignition key on and off will help you locate it, by hearing and feeling it click.
