    Fast hair growth?
    Is there a vitamin, food, suppliment, something to put on the hair and scalp, etc that will help the hair grow strong and fast?

    Lots of coconut .use it in any way
    Eat or use oil in food

    Apply its oil massage to hair


    Coconut contains cytokinine kind protein that enhances cell division and growth.
