    You can get pregnant anytime you have sex protected or not. There is sperm in pre- and neither he nor you would "feel" if there was any that came out...

    Ha ha, ah, sorry, OK, actually yes you can, because small quantities of sperm are released into the vagina during the intercourse, and this happens before the final eyaculation, so, yeah, you can become pregnant even if he pulled out, cause all it takes is one sperm.
