    they do have that thing(dont remember whatcamacalit) plumber use to remove broken pipe from inside the fitting... sear may have it.. it look almost like a drill bit( with tapered front and squared end)...

    I think you need an e-z out. You tap it in a little till it grips the broken tube then turn it counter clockwise to engage and extract the broken part. Similar to e-z outs one would use to extract a broken bolt only there is no need to drill a hole to insert it. Its already there.
