I still haven't received my rental agreement.
I moved into this house 3 months by July 1st... my landlord has promissed me several times to give me a copy of my lease... I don't know exactly, when my rent would be late or how much my late fees are... only by her telling me verbal.I have no documents, such as my lease to go by... what do I do... can she withhold my lease copy? And can I withhold her rent??

She cannot withhold your copy of the lease (provided you have a written lease), nor can you withhold rent. You might just have to turn into a pest until she gives you what you are asking for. Look up your state landlord tenant laws and find the section which says how long the LL has to give you your lease. Copy that, and mail her a letter. Wait a few days and call her. Call her everyday reciting the terms of the state LL tenant agreement until she sends you a copy of your lease. I had to do something similar with an HOA who had lazy people running it - it worked. :)

No you can not withhold the rent, I would ask why you did not get a copy of it when you signed it. I never leave a room where I signed a paper without a copy of it, no matter if they had not signed yet, I get a copy of what I sign.

So you call them everyday, you stop by their home, you go by their office, and get it.
