Hi. I have a brand new Kenmore frost-free refrigerator (top freezer) without any ice maker or filtered water (in other words a pretty simple unit by most standards). I have had it about 2 weeks now and since it was delivered I have had a problem with ice droplets accumulating on the freezer ceiling and on the back wall of the freezer. Also, there is a thin layer of frost in and on most of the items in the freezer. I have had 3 service people come out to try and correct this problem. They leveled the refrig. And realigned the doors. They also tried to correct a seal on the refrig. Door that was not sealing properly. All of this has made the refrig. Seem better, even though the seal on the refrig. Part is still not very tight. There is, also, still frozen droplets and frost in the freezer. But my biggest concern now is that since we have gotten this refrig. our main circuit breakers have tripped 3 times in the last 8 days. Could there be a connection with the refrig. Such as a short? It is the same brand, size, and amps as the old one was. I think I am going to try and have Sears replace it, but I don't know if an electrician should be called first.
