I am in a great relationship but just recently had our first really bad argument. I am bipolar and stopped taking my medication and have been difficult to deal with. I get upset about everything. Our big fight started because of diet coke. Anyway long story short... I kicked him out of our home. We made up a week later. However, while we were separated but talking and having dinner every night, his ex called and he talked to her twice. She is married and calls all the time but he doesn't talk to her. Now he talked to her and I'm really jealous. I haven't been able to get out of bed or even shower I'm so upset. Any advice out there?

Don't worry about his ex that is the worst thingyou can do worry about another person. Do not worry just let things be let him come after you if he wants to be with you he will do this...
