Hi, me and my boyfriend have sex frequently just relying on condoms for birth control. I have heard that condoms are not 100% safe, am getting worried if there are chances of me getting pregnant in the future. Please advise what's the best precaution to avoid pregnancy.

The best and ONLY precaution is abstinence. I know you didn't want to hear that but it is the truth.

You can use two methods of birth control such as birth control pills AND condoms. That will help, but is still not 100%

If your relationship is monogomous and you both are STD free I suggest trying an IUD. I won't take the pill because it significantly raises my blood pressure. I've had 2 different kinds of IUD's, the marina and the copper. The marina I had for 5 years, then after I had it removed (you change it every 5 years, unless its copper then every 10)... after the Marina, I got on the pill for about a year.

After a year, I quit the pill and got a copper IUD but after a month it came out during a period. It hurts a little bit to have it put in, but once its in you don't have to worry about much of anything, such as pills, condoms etc. That is, if you are in a STD free monogomous relationship. IUD are 99.2-99.9% effective as birth control by itself. You can always use condoms with it too. Another good thing about the IUD is the copper has no hormones in it so if you decide you want to have children you can go have it taken out and become pregnant right away. The marina however I think I remember a doc saying it could take up to a year to become pregnant after having it taken out because the marina does release some hormones.

You could use the female condom in combination with the male condom. Also use a spermicide. That ups the chances of no pregnancy. But no method, other than abstaining from sex, is 100% guaranteed.
