    Thermostat will not shut off!
A repairman installed a new LED thermostat (Totaline Model) and I have the thermostate temperature set on 74 and when the temperature rises it will not shut off to rest. Is it a connection problem or unit problem?

Call back that repairman. Your thermostat should be under warranty.
