Will coverting a bath to shower devalue the house price?
I have a rather small full bath ensuite to the main bedroom, but with a door that opens inwards there is literally enough room to sit on the toilet. The rest is all bath tub.

Neither my wife or I use the bath, only the built in shower head that hangs over the bath. The house has a second full bath anyway. We plan on selling the house in the next 5 years.

My question for any realtors out there is this:

If I convert the bath to a stand in shower - will this devalue the price of the house any? Will the house now only have 1.5 baths not 2.0?

    Thanks in advance,
    D:eek:
