    You go to court as a contested matter, unless you file default against her. Check with a lawyer.

    Yep, you file in court, the court will most likely order mediation to try and work out the differences, after a few months of that, if nothing is decided, you go back to court again, and finally see if the court will order one party to sign the final decreee.

    It can take a few years of court fighting if one party refuses to agree to the divorce.
