    Paver Patio
When building a paver patio that will have paver steps coming down from the house(3 ft) and 2 ft walls around the outside of the patio, what is the order of construction?(steps then patio then walls or walls then steps then patio, etc) and why? Also, has anyone come across any resources(books, internet article) that has good detailed instructions on building paver steps up 3 ft to a back door. I've searched 6 books and the internet and have yet to find a good step by step resource for the common homeowner. Thanks Greg
