And I responded to that! NO, minors should not have trans surgery.
Like Tom, I would think you would applaud Tennessee's new law.
It is definitely NOT an invalid comparison, a pretense! Please do honest research.
I've already done my honest research. It's how I know your comparison is not valid. But I'm certainly open to considering any counterarguments you can refer to which show that the TG deal is a genuinely physiological issue. I've seen nothing to indicate that at all. And please don't say, "You need to do more research." If you know of something that is scientifically valid, then by all means show it to us.

an enlightened woman's rights advocate
A.k.a., a political, social dinosaur. The women's rights movement was at least somewhat connected to reality. This trans craziness is right out of Mars.

There are 1,500 men pretending to be women incarcerated in women prisons.
The women's rights movement is essentially dead. It seems that the primary consideration for a new idea to be put at the top of the liberal list is for it to be more looney than the one that preceded it. This trans movement also has the advantage of being able to include children. The next movement will likely be to lower the age of consent and will originate in Cali, assuming that there is anything left of that state.

Speaking of that (time to put on my tin foil cap) ;before the fires was the plan for the 2028 Olympics .It called for a reimagined LA
I typed this into Google AI and got this text
"Building back LA for the Olympics" refers to the strategy of utilizing the 2028 Olympic Games as a catalyst to significantly improve Los Angeles' infrastructure, particularly transportation and public spaces, by making necessary upgrades and improvements to existing venues rather than building entirely new ones, with the goal of leaving a lasting positive legacy for the city beyond the games themselves; this approach is often described as a "no-build" Olympics strategy, focusing on utilizing existing facilities like the LA Memorial Coliseum and SoFi Stadium while prioritizing transportation improvements to better connect different areas of the city for visitors and athletes.
Key points about "Building back LA for the Olympics":
- No new permanent venues: Unlike past Olympics, LA plans to primarily use existing stadiums and arenas, minimizing the need for large-scale construction projects and associated costs.
- Focus on transportation upgrades: A major emphasis will be placed on improving public transportation networks, including bus routes, light rail, and potentially dedicated Olympic lanes to efficiently move large crowds around the city.
- "Twenty-Eight by '28" initiative: This LA Metro project aims to complete various transportation improvements by the time the Olympics arrive in 2028.
- Leveraging existing infrastructure: Venues like the LA Memorial Coliseum, Rose Bowl, and SoFi Stadium will be central to the Games, with necessary renovations to accommodate Olympic events.
- Sustainability focus: By utilizing existing structures, LA aims to reduce the environmental impact of hosting the Olympics.
Potential benefits of this strategy:
- Cost-effective: Avoiding large-scale construction projects can save significant money.
- Long-term impact: Improved transportation infrastructure will benefit residents beyond the Olympics.
- Community revitalization: Investments in public spaces and transportation can revitalize neighborhoods.
Challenges to consider:
- Traffic management: Even with improvements, managing large crowds across a sprawling city like LA could remain a challenge.
- Accessibility concerns: Ensuring all areas of the city are easily accessible to Olympic visitors through public transportation. [
- Political will and funding: Securing necessary funding for transportation projects and coordinating efforts across various government agencies.

Now as you know ;the Dem strategy has been 'don't let a crisis go to waste
Now they can build their transportation corridors highways and high speed rail in areas previously occupied by housing .

hmmmmm maybe it is not so "tin foil hat " after all .
Newsom is reimagining LA even as the fires are not close to being contained .
Newsom suggested that the rebuilding efforts also would be tied to the Olympics, which Los Angeles will host in 2028.
The Olympics and other sporting events “only reinforces the imperative in moving quickly, doing it in the spirit of collaboration and cooperation. President of the United States, Donald Trump, to his credit, was helpful in getting the Olympics to the United States of America, to get it down here in L.A. We thank him for that. This is an opportunity for him to shine, for this country to shine, for California and this community to shine, the opportunity with all of that and all that opportunity and that pride and spirit that comes from not just hosting those three iconic games and venues, but also the opportunity, I think, to rebuild at the same time.”

Using eminent domain to purchase the thousands of lots ravaged by the fire would run into a ton of money. The sad thing is that so many Cali residents have no insurance. It's just what happens when you elect idiots for political positions.
