Alvin Bragg could be the most incompetent DA in the nation . The case against Mangione is simple . He went behind Thompson and pumped bullets into him ;killing him . Straight and simple premeditated murder . Easy right ?

Bragg making this a part of his case risks having enough sympathetic jurors to hang the jury or even a nullification acquittal. Bragg now must show a higher burden of proof because besides proving fact he now must prove motive.
The case for murder is open and shut . The case for terrorism is not .

Only the left would stoop so low as the celebrate the shooting of someone in the back for political reasons. I did not see them cheer that way when Gabby Gifford was shot . Political violence was correctly condemned.
