    We need more information in order to be any help. Is it a heat pump, air conditioner, or what? Does the inside fan motor work? Have you tried resetting the circuit breakers?

    If you are new to home owning, you will either have to call a professional for everything, or learn a little. A good place to start is the sticky at the top of the Heating and Air conditioning forum. If you don't find your answer there, at least you should be able to give us the details we must have to help. We were all once lower on the learning curve.
