    New installation of toilet
This is the situation. We had new water jet tub sinks and toilet installed in our bathroom with remodeling. It is a Koehler low pressure toilet. It worked initially then clogged and would not fill back up. Plumber called ran the electric eel in it cleared it but did not remove anything. It worked OK and he said he thought there was something in the line and he pushed it through. 5 weeks later it is doing the same thing any suggestions on the problem.

I think you wanted to say "Low Flush" toilet. When you say it would "not fill up", did you mean there is no water inside the bowl after you flushed ?
