    What type of remodel.
    I often paint, put in new carpet and other things that need to be done to a home.

    I notice your eviction concerns in your other post, https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/real-e...ri-826458.html, and advise you to find a new place because like it or not, remodeling or not, you are not wanted as a tenant, and he has a stronger hand to control his own property.

    I think he sees you as a pest holding up his plans for his property, whatever that may be, and he has the right to move forward with those plans. I suspect a lot more to this story needs to be told.
