Can my landlord remodel while we still living in the apt. I have no lease and I live in Missouri

What type of remodel.
I often paint, put in new carpet and other things that need to be done to a home.

I think he sees you as a pest holding up his plans for his property, whatever that may be, and he has the right to move forward with those plans. I suspect a lot more to this story needs to be told.
