My Maple Chase does not shoot cold air until after 7:00 pm.
Why does my Maple Chase thermostat only shoot cold air after 700 pm. I have it set on manual and 65 degrees, but when I get home the temperature on the thermostat is in the 80's until 7:00 pm

Thermostat doesn't shoot anything. Your AC produces the cold air. If it cools after a particular time, it is programmed wrong, if so equipped, or the AC is inadequate for the heat load. Have you ever had someone look at the system?
