I am on a new H1, I am working with an employer for 75-25. My annual gross pay for 2015 is $ 34,513.34 and total deductions are $ 9459.53 which includes ( Federal Income tax +Social Security + Medicare + Health Insurance ).

Pay rate : 32.25/ hour.

Worked hours for 2015 : 1014 hours.

Could you ll suggest if I am eligible for claiming refund?

My employer is reluctant or not responsive on this.
