    How true is the myth that eating clams can make you pregnant? Anyone?

    Clams and oysters are said to be aphrodisiacs, if that is what you are hinting at?? it could help you on the road to getting sex, I guess, but alone they can't impregnate you. If you are asking if there is a special ingredient in them that can enhance your fertility, and therefore help you get pregnant? I doubt it.

    LOL! Thanks guys! I guess, it was only buggage who got my silly question. It was a myth as I have said that it can HELP ( I should heve emphasized that!) anyone trying to get pregnant - fertility wise. But heck I guess it's not true, eh!

    Hahha, I figured that was what you were trying to ask. ;0) There are lots of old wives tales about things that can highten your fertility(someone was on here earlier asking about beets, and getting pregnant with twins,or something like that hehe) Basically they are just that, wives tales. As far as I know there really isn't any scientific evidence to back these up, at least not enough to be definitely. But, if you want to try it, I guess it couldn't hurt. They couldn't definitely help you get in the mood, if nothing else. ;0) good luck.
