    Do you know which model this is? Or maybe upload a photo. Most, you have to remove the globe by unscrewing the metal trim ring and nut on the bottom of the glass. If the chain goes through here you may have to remove the ends. Some, the trim ring at the top of the glass unscrews to lower the globe. Careful removing the glass, it is easy to drop on the floor.
