Clogged shower valve hot water supply
    Hi, greetings,

My hot water shower supply is very very weak. I was told that the shower valve is clogged with debris that disintegrated from the old boiler. I cleaned and recovered bluish plastic-like material in the hot shower supply valve with minimal result. I wonder if there is any DIY remedy hoping to avoid costly pro solution. Any input is greatly appreciated.

    Thank You,
    Mads

Boiler for domestic HW? Does it use a loop for heat or are you using the "boiler" term for a HW heater. Dip tube disintegration? Cheapest thing would be a whole house filter but I'm not sure how it would hold up to hot water.
