    Withdraw of file case of abandonment
    Good aftie,

    My question is, is it possible to withdraw such file case of abandonment to the father if warrant of arrest is served?

    Civil proceedings or criminal. Only the DA can drop charges once charges are filed.

    You need to explain more about the case, of course any charge can be droped. Or deals made.

    First any question on law need to include your general locale as laws vary by area.

    Generally one cannot file a case of abandonment. ABandonment is generally a criminal charge for leaving children without the care of an adult. In a criminal charge it is up to the prosecutor to withdraw the charge.

    So you need to provide more details here for us to be able to answer.

    Please explain the warrant for arrest charges. Please explain the grounds for your filing abandonment charges.
