    Circuit breaker was fried, and the outlets were reading 240v between neutral and eart
    Circuit breaker was fried, some outlets arnt working and are reading 240vs between neutral and earth, I changed it over but are still reading the same

    Can you describe this a bit more?
    Is this a dwelling or commercial location? What kind of meter did you use?
