    Petition to revoke
    My po sent a petition to revoke my probation and I haven't been to court on my new charges yet. What do u think will happen to me? I have a yr left on a 3 yr probation. I am in Arkansas

    Most likely you will have to serve that year on top of the sentence for the new charges.

    All you have told us is that your Arkansas probation is being revoked. You haven't included nearly enough information for a reliable answer. What, for example, is the new charge and are you guilty of it?
