    Can I revoke his parental rights?
    My ex got arrested for a type Ii controlled. Three counts each. They can to his house and arrested him in front of my children. Mywuestion is, can I ask a court to revoke his rights? Thanks in advance for your answers.

    Most likely no, first has he been convicted yet ? But just being a criminal does not take away his rights, You can, if you prove he has been a danger to the kids, show how he neglected them, show how they were not clean or feed or show they were beat.

    Unless he gets a long prison sentence, merely being a criminal does not take away rights. If you prove a danger you may get supervised visits for him
