    IRS trouble
Last year, My son made an agreement with the IRS to have $150 taken weekly from his paycheck. This week, for the Fourth time, they have seized his whole check Minus $165 . Now IRS told him and his boss, that they will be taking $265 a week. The IRS is determined to get the balance, because the statute of limitations is over in Sept. (then they start the second debt) In the meantime, he can't pay his bills on time, he is behind on car pymts, the electric, the rent and everything else. They are talking of spliting up, and sendiing wife and son to her brother's and he will give up his truck and get the use of a work truck and he will live out of that. Can anything be done?
Thanks for any advice you can give

Contact the IRS Tax Advocate. There are garnishment limits that must be observed by law.
