    Quiting meth after using heavy for a year
    Hello I was curious on some of the things I can do to help my body and mind along the
    Recovery process like foods veggies something that meth has attacked during my steady worthless addiction..

    Staying clear of other users is difficult especially if there your friends but I think it is necessary. My problem was with heroin and ketermin and I found that becoming sobar was the easy part, staying off it was more tricky. Your best chance is to spend time with friends who don't use and try and keep your mind occupied. Good luck

    For now my friend just eat healthy foods regularly and as you learn more about food and nutrition you can make adjustments along the way. That may mean planning your meals and when you eat them and stick to the plan.

    It's part of a process to learn over time, NOT an event to win just once. A doctor can guide you in this process, or someone who lives well and you can emulate (A mentor, or SPONSOR). Good healthy eating habits are but a PART of an overall program of recovery, as you have to feed the mind, and soul in as healthy a way as you feed the body.

    Do you have someone that can guide/coach you in this process/program? It's an essential part of recovery to have.
