    Water pressure height vs weight
    I have a storage tank that is 60 feet in diameter and 60 feet high, I have a pressurized with 100 psi, is it quicker to fill this tank from the top of from the bottom

    Lots of unknowns built into this question, such as: 100 PSI measured where? Is the tank to hold liquid, or gas?
