    Do I still qualify for the good one year due to full compliance and doing shock again
    I am serving 20-60 months or 1,2/3-5 years. Its my one and only felony I did the shock program came home and violate went to finish my minimum. Went to shock again came home and fully complying with parole. I am a level 3 parolee. My max date is 9/8/17 do I still qualify for the good one year due to full compliance and doing shock again?

    Shock programs vary by state. You have to ask your PO, or find the terms and conditions under 'yourstate'.gov.
    I would wonder if your question should be 'Do I still qualify due to compliance DESPITE having been violated and having to do the shock program twice.'
