    Replace bathtub drain flange/basket
Cross bars fell out down into drain. Used a "drain key" to loosen the bathtub drain flange/basket. It is loose and turns easily but it won't twist up or come out. It just keeps turning. What do we do next?

Do you have access to the tub drain from behind the tub? If so, check to see if the pipe broke off and is just spinning. If the pipe broke, you'll need someone to hold the drain as you finish unscrewing the tub basket. If the pipe did not break then you should continue to unscrew the basket up to 15 times and yank up hard on the basket... should come up and out. Report back with progress if you like!
