    ? To where? Are you moving? Have you asked permission to move, (in writing)?

    Is it to another state? What are the terms, are there programs such as AA or Anger management or any type of community service you need to do? Often they will want programs done first, or you will have to find the same type of programs in new location.

    Have you made a written application for a transfer with the PO officer?
